What a viva examiner actually asks, and why it isn't about the code
A BCA final-semester viva rarely tests whether the code runs — that was already checked before the panel sat down. It tests whether the student in front of them made the decisions, which shows up as questions about why a particular structure was chosen over an alternative, what happens at a specific edge case, and which part was written by the student personally. A project with working code and no documented reasoning behind its decisions is a harder viva than a simpler project whose every choice the student can explain, because examiners are probing judgement, not output.
